Robert Mayberry

Founder & Managing Partner

Robert partners with founders to translate momentum into investor conviction. He helps teams sharpen the narrative, assemble proof, and orchestrate outreach so meetings increase and diligence moves faster. He has supported venture-backed teams across B2B software and services in positioning, pipeline creation, and data room readiness. Previously, Robert led growth and go-to-market projects for early-stage companies, working with product, sales, and finance leaders to align milestones with the story and build repeatable programs. He studied economics and computer science, has built KPI dashboards used by executive teams, and has advised on financial models to reconcile narrative and numbers. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his dog, training, and traveling.

Andrew Schwinger

Senior Consultant & Strategic Partner

Andrew Schwinger is originally from Philadelphia and has lived in New Jersey, New York, Japan, and Hong Kong. He began his career in trading and investment management on the equity options exchange floor as a floor trader, later earning the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation. He subsequently relocated to Tokyo to work as a trader for BGI, then a subsidiary of Barclays Bank, PLC, which was later acquired by BlackRock. Following his tenure in Tokyo, Andrew worked in trading roles in Hong Kong before returning to the United States to join the Wealth Management group at Wells Fargo Private Bank. He later returned to Japan to establish his own niche consulting firm while also serving in a business development capacity for a software development company. In 2020, Andrew relocated to Arizona and transitioned into the semiconductor industry, taking on the role of Business Development Manager for Cactus Materials, Inc., a manufacturer based in Tempe specializing in power electronics and photonics. He is an active participant in the Phoenix area microelectronics and semiconductor community, attends conferences nationwide, and continues his professional development through programs including the AIM Photonics Summer Academy at MIT. In addition to his role at Cactus Materials, Andrew serves as a Senior Consultant with Rrova, LLC, advising startups and emerging technology companies on capital readiness and scaling strategies. He resides in the East Valley of Phoenix with his family and enjoys swimming, running, and traveling.
