Credit repair is the process of reviewing your credit report and challenging negative, inaccurate, outdated, questionable, or unverifiable items with the credit bureaus and/or creditors. Our team reviews your credit profile, prepares disputes, tracks results, and updates you as each dispute round is completed. Credit repair is not instant, and results can vary depending on your credit profile, creditor responses, and bureau processing times.

You must keep your credit monitoring active at all times. This may be SmartCredit, MyFreeScoreNow, or another approved credit monitoring platform. This software allows our team to pull your credit report, review your negative items, track changes, verify results, and complete disputes properly. Without active credit monitoring, we may not be able to pull your updated report, verify your results, or continue your dispute process correctly. Please do not cancel, pause, change, or let your credit monitoring account expire during the program. If your card declines, your account gets locked, or you change your login information, please let our team know immediately.

Credit repair is not an overnight process. A normal dispute round generally takes about 30 to 35 days to complete. Sometimes it can take longer depending on the credit bureaus, creditors, your specific credit profile, and how quickly the bureaus respond. Some clients see results after the first round. Other clients need multiple rounds. The key is to stay patient, keep your credit monitoring active, and allow the process to work.

Our team provides updates every 30 to 40 days, depending on when your dispute round is completed. Once your results are available, our team will text and email you the update. The update may include what changed, what was deleted, what was verified, what is still being worked on, and what the next step is. Please remember, we cannot give daily updates because credit repair depends on bureau response times. If you receive your update and you would like a phone call, just ask. Our team can call you and explain what happened with your results.

During the credit repair process, we do not need much from you. The main thing we need is for you to keep your credit monitoring active at all times. We may also ask you to update documents from time to time. This could include identification, proof of address, updated credit monitoring login information, or other documents needed for your file. When we ask for documents, please send them as quickly as possible so your file does not get delayed. Other than that, your job is simple: do not apply for anything new, do not make major credit decisions without speaking to us, keep your current accounts paid on time, keep your credit card balances low, and respond to our team when we reach out.

During credit repair, you may receive emails or physical mail from the credit bureaus. This is normal. The bureaus may send letters confirming disputes, asking for information, or showing investigation results. In most cases, you do not need to send this mail to us unless our team specifically asks for it. Our team tracks your results through your credit monitoring platform. That is why it is so important to keep your monitoring active. If you receive mail from Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, or a creditor, do not panic. Most of it is standard communication during the dispute process. You can keep it for your records, but unless we ask for it, you do not need to send it to us.

Sometimes a credit score can drop during the credit repair process. This does not always mean something went wrong with the repair. There are several reasons this can happen. One of the biggest reasons is credit card balances. Your credit utilization is one of the most important parts of your credit score. If you run up your credit card balances and those balances report to the bureaus, your score can drop. Another major reason is a new negative item. If you get a new late payment, collection, charge-off, repossession, or other negative account during the process, your score can drop significantly. In some cases, a new negative item can drop your score by 100 points or more. That is why it is extremely important to keep all current accounts paid on time, keep balances low, and avoid doing anything that could damage your profile while we are working on it.

No. Do not apply for anything new unless our team tells you to. That means no credit cards, no loans, no car loans, no personal loans, no business credit, no store cards, and no financing applications without speaking to us first. Applying too early can hurt your funding chances. It can add hard inquiries, lower your score, trigger lender denials, and make your profile look risky. Even one bad application at the wrong time can damage the strategy. Remember, the goal is not just credit repair. The goal is to position your profile correctly so you have the best chance of getting approved for funding later. Before applying for anything, always check with our team first.

Yes. This is critical. Credit repair does not protect you from new late payments. You must continue paying all current accounts on time. One new late payment can seriously damage your progress and hurt your funding chances.

Do not pay collections without speaking to our team first. Paying the wrong account at the wrong time can sometimes update the account, change reporting, or affect the strategy. Always ask before making payments on old negative accounts.

No. Do not close credit cards without speaking to us first. Closing accounts can affect your available credit, credit utilization, account age, and overall profile. This can hurt your score and your funding strategy.

Keep balances as low as possible. High credit card balances can hurt your score and make lenders view your profile as higher risk. Credit utilization is one of the most important parts of your credit score. For funding, lower utilization usually looks better.

No. No company can legally guarantee exact deletions, score increases, funding approvals, or specific timelines. The goal is to dispute inaccurate, questionable, outdated, or unverifiable information and position your profile as strongly as possible. Results depend on your credit profile, payment history, utilization, income, documentation, creditor responses, bureau responses, lender guidelines, and other factors.

Credit repair is one part of preparing your profile for funding. Funding approval can depend on several factors, including credit score, payment history, credit utilization, age of accounts, income, business structure, bank statements, existing debt, documentation, and lender guidelines. The goal is to strengthen your profile before applying so you have the best possible chance of approval. That is why we do not want you applying for anything too early.

To access business credit products, you will typically need a legal business entity. If you do not have one yet, we can guide you on how to set it up properly so you are positioned correctly before applying.

Many of the funding programs we target are 'stated income' applications, meaning they typically do not require tax returns or bank statements for approval. Requirements vary by lender and program, and our team will walk you through what applies to your situation.

We use strategies to minimize hard inquiries and time applications correctly. In many cases, the business credit lines we help secure do not report to your personal credit profile, which helps protect your personal utilization. This is exactly why you should never apply for anything on your own without checking with our team first.

We target 0% introductory APR products that offer 0% interest for a promotional period, often 6 to 18 months. After the intro period, rates revert to the standard APR based on your creditworthiness and the lender's terms.
