Terms of Service

By accessing and using Rrova's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rrova.

Rrova provides credit repair consulting, business funding assistance, and financial education services.

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

While we strive to help every client improve their credit and secure funding, we cannot guarantee specific results. Credit repair outcomes depend on many factors including the accuracy of information on your credit reports, creditor responses, and individual financial circumstances. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

As a client, you agree to:

• •Not misrepresent your identity or financial situation
• •Pay all agreed-upon fees for services rendered
• •Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials

Service fees are disclosed during your initial consultation. Payment is due according to the terms outlined in your service agreement. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

You may cancel your services at any time by providing written notice to our team. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms in your individual service agreement. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or through your client portal.

Rrova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the twelve months preceding any claim. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
